How do I activate my Vault Platform mobile app?
Open your “Welcome to Vault Platform” email on your mobile device. Follow the steps contained inside the email to download the app, generate your organization code, and create your secure Vault account.

Who can see my report?
Anything you add to Vault remains securely encrypted on your device. Your report is not visible to anyone else until you decide to submit it as an official report. Once submitted, only the assigned Case Manager and relevant Super Admins can view the report. Your report will never be visible to any named offenders.

What options are available when submitting a report from the mobile app?
Vault’s mobile app is an authenticated experience that allows you to report misconduct directly from your mobile device to your company. You can report in three ways through the mobile app: go anonymous, go ahead, or GoTogether®.

How do I reset my password on the mobile app?
Open the app, select the ‘Login’ button, and then ‘Forgot your password?’. You’ll then be prompted to enter your email address associated with your Vault account and receive an email with your next steps.

How do I submit a report on the Vault mobile app?
After you’ve logged in to the mobile app, select ‘Create a new record’. You’ll then be able to ‘Add an event’, answer a series of questions on the issue you wish to report, and add any evidence, should you wish to include. You’ll be able to review your report before submitting it.

How will I receive updates on my report?
Vault provides in-app (both mobile app and open reporting) notifications to keep you updated on the progress of your case. You can also choose to turn on “email notifications”. These email notifications are designed to be generic (to protect your privacy!) and serve as a prompt for you to log in and review the latest information.

When will I be updated on my report?
After submitting a report, you’ll automatically receive notifications when:
- Your report status changes
- Your Case Manager sends you a message via Vault’s secure messaging feature
- Your Case Manager closes your case
